Who We Are
Johnny is a sole trader based in Marden, Kent, South East England with over 30 years of experience in CNC Precision Machining and Engineering Design, particularly for manufacture. Past work includes but is not limited to:
- Prototyping services for a FTSE 100 company
- Reverse engineering and manufacture of WW2 military vehicle components for both private & public collections
- Tooling for production lines, including rubber & plastic injection moulding
My Son works alongside me while he attends university and allows for additional capacity during non-lecture periods.
What We Do
At JC Dennett, we work with a multitude of companies across various industries including Automotive, Defence, FMCG and Nuclear, to name a few, to design and produce precision components in a timely manner.
Our facilities allow us to carry out numerous operations in house such as both manual and CNC Milling & Turning, 3D Scanning and 3D Printing. Our focus is primarily on prototyping but capacity does exist for batch production of components.
